  • A government funded boiler upgrade scheme to support introduction of domestic heat pumps has recently been renewed to run until 2028. Retrofitting and Insulation

  • The Insulation Assurance Authority https://www.theiaa.co.uk/  is a useful list of approved installers with a focus on multiple aspects of home insulation. Homeowners can filter suppliers serving the S. East or Anglia, and by type of insulation speciality 

  • The Great British Insulation scheme https://www.gov.uk/apply-great-british-insulation-scheme is a government scheme which can provide grants for insulation upgrades subject to meeting eligibility criteria. 

  • Renovate Green https://www.renovategreen.co.uk/source-book/ is a useful source of information on sustainable building and insulation materials for retrofitting or rebuilding your house
